Depending on the number of features you could also do some Earned Value Analysis on it to figure out where you are going to end up with both your schedule and costs. It combines your initial forecast, current actuals and percentage complete into a couple of indicators that give you the lay of the land. One claim to fame is that the indicators will tell you where you are going to end up with schedule and budget when you are only 20% into the project.
